The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for assisting the sales and leadership teams in driving sales growth by providing expert guidance and solutions for all technical issues to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.
What your day will look like:

• Actively support the Sales, Operations, estimating and Project Management teams
• Supporting customers with new products and services
• Account management
• Email/phone communication with new and current customers
• Onsite surveys when needed.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience as a Service Technician in the Commercial Security Industry preferred.
• Knowledge in surveillance, access control, intrusion detection sensors and anti-drone technologies preferred.
• Able to travel (10%)

• Travel locally to customer locations when needed.
• Opportunity to travel to trade shows.

• Fantastic communication skills
• Prefer CRM experience along with Word and Excel
